Mailing labels

I would like to print mailing labels and include the envelope number on it; I can't seem to find the right report.

if anyone can help that would be appreciated.

Mailing labels that you print from the Contributions > Print Mailing Labels screens give you the "Include envelope number" option.

actually no, on the print mailing labels it gives 3 options:
All contributors
Late Payers
Selected Contributors

and if i say "all contributors" it goes straight to printer and there is no env. #

Which version of Powerchurch are you running?? In both version 9 and version 10, once you select the type of labels you want (All Contributors, Selected, etc) you will eventually get the printer dialogue that will show some additional options:

• Print Bar Codes
  Print Carrier Codes
  Restart at specific label
  Print Envelope Numbers
  Print Label Preview

The last two will let you add the envelope number, as well as preview the page prior to printing.

i have done that, but it does not give me the option to save or tick any box for options - it goes straight to printer.

What version of PowerChurch are you using? Can you give us the specific steps to how you are generating the mailing labels?
