Jacquie,

Exactly how are you 'tallying' the numbers ?? What exactly are you trying to show ??

First off ... is this a custom report, or are you using the Profiles Count by Status Code report from the Personal Profiles Reports menu ??

Second ... what version of Powerchurch are you running, and if you've recently updated to version 10, have you run this report since that upgrade ??

I am using Powerchurch version 9

and yes, not custom reports but the personal profiles, defined custom reports.

i will try the custom, but i've always done it with personal profiles.

thank you for the help

Jacquie,

I'm sorry, you've lost me now.

Lets try again. You're using a Custom Report under the Personal Profiles module to get a list of or count of Custom Codes.

Now, which Custom Codes are you trying to count. Are you talking about the Personal Profiles Status codes, or something else.

Then, have you changed anything in the system recently ?? Have you tried to do a reindex of the database ?? Have you applied any maintenance releases to the system?

I'm sorry too, if this has not been clear.

I just cleared up my confusion with your last query, I have been mixing up personal status with custom codes.

sorry bout that!

take care
