Is there a way to change the bottom margin when printing contribution statements on letterhead? The default is 0.5 inches and I need 1.25 inches for a bottom margin.

You can't change the bottom margin for the contribution statements. You can change the bottom margin for all reports, and I believe this will effect contribution statements as well. To change the bottom margin go to File -> Preferences -> User Setup Options -> Reports Tab.
