Wish List for Activities & Skills Module

We use the activities and skills to track our members who work in the Ministry of Helps departments. For example who is an usher, on the choir etc. There is a a field to put the date the member started but none to put when they ended. Can an End Date field be added?

If you use "Maintain Offices Served" on the Activities and Skills menu, rather than "Maintain Activities and Skills," or "Maintain List of Attenders," you can enter ending dates. The entries still are visible when you look up Activities and Skills for an individual, but I think you only see the current "officers" in "Maintain List of Attenders."

The end date is under Maintain Offices Served. It isn't under maintain List of Attenders.

The problem with using Maintain Offices Served is these entries don't show up on the person's profile when you view their Activities & Skills. Consequently, when I generate an Activities & Skills report, any entries added in through Maintain Offices Served do not show up.

A Custom report from Activities & Skills doesn't work because there isn't an "End Date" field.

I apologize for my errors; I got my Maintain's mixed up. Sorry about that! As you say, officers do not show up in "Maintain Activities and Skills;" I'm not sure what I looked at that made me think they did. Oops!
