Yippee! I called and a technician named Phyllis was awesome! Thank you, John, for all your effort. Tracy, for steering me toward support. Neil, for helping me see that I can CALL...duh?! Invoices were restored through remote access and this is a program glitch they are still working on. I LOVE the support at PC - forums, and otherwise! Thanks, crew!
