Deleting an Accounting Fund
If in the past, we made making multi-fund transactions and we now want to delete some of those funds because they are no longer in use, will the affect historical reporting?

You will not be able to delete any accounts with transactions posted to them because it will effect historical reporting.
Some alternative options:
Consider renumbering the fund to move it away from your commonly used funds.
You can also mark the accounts inactive. This will prevent any new transactions from being posted to those accounts by mistake.
Once you delete the history for that time period, you will be able to delete those funds.
