Online Contribution fees

We now accept tithes and offerings on our website. We knew we would be charged fees from the company for their services, but don't know how to add those into the program to balance with the bank. For example, someone gives $50 online, but only $48.63 is deposited into bank from company. How do I post under their name for giving the $50, but only showing that $48.63 was deposited? Help please!!

This is actually an accounting question. You still need to reflect $50 given by the contributor, but then you need to create a transaction in Accounting to deduct from income.
