Child information sheets?

Hi. I would like to print individual profiles for my Sunday School teachers that INCLUDES the notes and medical/allergy information also (which is NOT included when I right click on their personal profile and select print - all information). All of my Sunday School Children are in Activity/Skill #3: Sunday School and I can't seem to get all of that info to print using a roster or any of the other saved reports, it seems...

There is an Allergy & Medical Information report being added to Activities & Skills as well as Personal Profiles in an upcoming update for Version 11.5 users. We are a number of weeks from releasing it. What particular number of weeks is yet to be seen.

I also have a suggestion for future updates, if this isn't already corrected:
many people give me their birthdates without a year, but Power Church wants one.
I enter 1900, so some people are 113 years old...haha.. but is there a way to better do this or fix it?

Use 9999 as the year for those people

You could create a custom report, but if you've not done a custom report before you'll need a guide. Anyone help me out with a link to creating a custom activity report?
