All Members Exported as the Head of Household

I'm attempting to export our entire ACTIVE membership list in a database for use in a program that maps where your members are and helps the church profile who is already a part of your church and who may be most likely to be responsive to joining your church.

Each time I've attempted to export our full list including last name, first name, address 1, address 2, City, State, Zip, & phone number 1 every person in a family at a single address are listed as the name of the head of household. For example if a household has two people and one is named John Doe, both are listed as John Doe or with a family of four, all four are named after the head of household whether they be adult or child.

How do I export with everyone's name? The individual first and last names are important for this other program.

When exporting, there are family fields and profile fields. It sounds like you are exporting the family name (household key last name and first name) rather than the profile name.
