How do I restore membership files? I was imputing new contributions for 2014 and when I tried to pull up a certain member I discovered that many of my files are missing. Prior o imputing the new contributions. I backed up 3 years of information.

Did you do any deletions? The only way such information goes 'missing' is if someone deleted the record.Gwen Buckley wrote:
As far as your backup, if you're sure that the backup contains the member's information, then you can restore the backup, but I suspect that you did a FULL backup, and if anyone else entered data in any other part of the program since that backup, restoring that backup will overwrite the database and basically wipe out what they have done.
I would check the audit log to see if any deleted member information. This is only available in V11.x ..
