Error Message while Processing Payroll

While processing my payroll, I was able to write one check and then when I went to do more I received this error message....

Program: PRPROCIDKEY.FINDKEY
Line: 308
Error: 1157
Message: Cannot update the file
//servernew/users/public/documents/powerchurch11.5/data/prinfo.dbf.

The check printed, but there is no record of the details of the payroll check. I'm using Windows 7 and running PC 11.5

You should probably call support for help with this. Something happened when it was trying to add the paycheck after printing the check. Possible problems could be a dropped network connection or windows permission issues on the server.
