How do I, as a new user, install powerchurch. Our church has a license, but I can't see where I can download the files to install the program. I've checked the forum groups, but couldn't find an answer.

The program is NOT available to download and install. If you have a license, you should also have a CD to install from. That said, if you have an older version of Powerchurch, and lost the CD, I believe you can get a replacement CD (cost $15) for versions 7 through 11.55 here: https://www.powerchurch.com/catalog/

If you just ordered, the installation package (CD & Written Manual) will usually arrive in 2 or 3 days.
