File 1099 Forms Electronically.

When I click the "file 1099 forms electronically" button, I get an error message and cannot continue. I have set up my account with Nelco, but I cannot get passed this error message. The message I get says: program.Nelco.compressfile, line:96, Error:1426, message:OLE error code 0x800401F3:invalid class string. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Hmmm ... try this first: open the MY PC (My Computer) icon on the computer, and find the POWERCHURCH\PCPLUS115 (or PCPLUS11) directory. Once there head to the INSTALL directory and run the NETSETUP115.exe (or NETSETUP11.EXE) program by double clicking on it. This forces the system to re-register all the program and DLL files.

If this doesn't work, then I suggest call Powerchurch directly as this may be causing issues with other users too. The reason I say call them is this is the first time I've seen this error come across the forums.
