Proposed Budget Report

Is there a report in Fund Accounting that would give data on a proposed budget that would also include the budget figures from previous years? Our governing body needs a report that gives this information for presentation of the proposed budget for the next fiscal year.

Hello Everyone,

Yes PC+ does have some good reports that help in budget preparation, but it does slip in providing a useful tool, time saving one.

It would be nice if PC+ v9 provided a tool that would provide a running total of revenue, expense, & income / deficit as the budget is being prepared. Thus, as the commette /board runs through the numbers, so much for "utility", so much for "mission" ( expenses / revenue) for example the board could deternme if the budget is good or not.

By the way, why does not the budget report have a bottom line (net income) ?
