RE: Contribution Data Entry tab
Yes, we want a confirmation on every contribution entry that we enter. We use the confirmation as a means to double check the amount in/on the envelope. The little ones put in their piggy bank money, which a lot of the times is less than $1.00.

I'm not sure I understand the reasoning. Having to say yes to each and every entry would extend the time to enter contributions at least 50%. If you're entering a few hundred contribution envelopes that's alot of time.J. R. Lewis wrote:Yes, we want a confirmation on every contribution entry that we enter. If you use a team approach to entering the data, one person to read the check or count the money in the envelope and the other to enter it, then you would have a check and balance right there, as the person entering the data could repeat the number that the other team member gave.

RE: Contribution Data Entry tab
so sounds like the final answer is no, that there is not a way that minimum confirmation amount to be GT. 0.01 ..

There is no current way to set the number below a dollar.J. R. Lewis wrote:so sounds like the final answer is no, that there is not a way that minimum confirmation amount to be GT. 0.01 ..
