Working with Direct Deposit for Payroll

We are now offering direct deposit for our employees. This is optional. So some of the employees are going to do direct deposit and some are not. I still want to run everything through payroll to get all of the correct info for everything. And I need to give the employees who are doing the direct depost info from the paycheck. What is the best way to do this in Powerchurch? Thank You!
