Attendance Register form that shows past attendance

I can run an Activity Attendance Report to see past attendance, and I can run an Attendance Register form to print a form to use to record attendance manually. Is there a report that combines the 2? I'd like to use the Weekly Column format to record attendance, but have past attendance print in the columns for weeks that have passed.

I'm trying to remember if there is such a report. Right now, I don't believe there is.
