Mailing Name's seem to be inconsistant

Hello.

I'm running contribution reciepts for the first time, and some records are addressed to (for example)

Mr. Husband Lastname and family

while others are to:

Husband & Wife Lastname

I would like the 2nd example, where both Husband & Wife's names are on the reciept. When I compare records in the Integrated data entry screen, they both seem to have the same format, and I've tried putting "Husband & Wife" in all the name fields, but I still get the first example. Any suggestions?
