While printing checks the user's computer crashed (power church is hosted on a server) and the computer was rebooted. However, the checks did print to the printer but the checks didn't get marked as printed in PowerChurch and the checks don't show up in the check register. We are using 10.4. Any ideas on how to correct this issue? Thanks in advance!

More than likely, when the client crashed, the system didn't get to record the checks. I believe that happens right after the system asks if there were any reprints needed, and the user says no.
the easiest thing to do is this:
1. Do not put any check stock in the printer.
2. Start with the first check number actually printed
3. Let the checks print on regular bond paper.
This will clear the system and use the correct numbers for the checks.
Hope this helps.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot.
