Actually, that is NOT the easiest way, as you'd have to be able to transfer the Contributions data to the person doing the accounting. The only way to do that would be instead of Posting Contributions directly to Funds Accounting, you'd have to post to a file, which then would have to be brought or emailed to whomever would be doing the accounting.
Can powerchurch be installed on a network?
If the answer is yes and it's at church. If I access the network from home, my problem is to print. Am I able to print on my printer at home or will it print on the printer at church?

Yes, this is the way most churches have their system setup. As far as accessing the church network from home, it depends on how you're accessing the system. If you're using something like
GoToMyPC, you can print directly to your local printer using the GoToMyPC interface. You would just have to set your local printer as the GoToMyPC printer, which would then appear in the list of printers available to you when you print from the networked Powerchurch.
If you're accessing the network in a different manner, then you would have to check to see how to setup a local printer using that interface.
