Family related activity report

Is there any way to generate an activity report with family data?

I want to generate a Sunday School class list with the students contact info including their parents names.

Obviously I can generate an activity report that give the students and their address & phone, but can I add the parent(s) name without creating a custom reports?
(Which I don't know how to do, but it looks complicated!)
