Several users have reported an odd issue where anything typed into the IDS client shows up as numbers. This is true of anything typed into the login screen as well as in PowerChurch itself (if you manage to get connected). If you copy/paste text into PowerChurch, it works fine, but that's not a very elegant solution.
The problem seems to be a program called ConstantGuard, and it is being offered for free for Comcast internet subscribers. According to our research, it is treating the IDS client as if it is a keylogging program and it is trying to keep it from working as it is intended by changing everything you type to numbers.
The only solution we have at this time is to uninstall ConstantGuard.

Re: PowerChurch Online and Comcast ConstantGuard
Apparently, if you do a Google search for this problem, it is not just PowerChurch and the IDS Client being affected negatively by this behavior in Constant Guard. It is also breaking other programs and processes as well.
