The monthly contributions totals report rounds all numbers to a whole number.
How do I change it to use 2 decimal points?

This report, as described in the report list, rounds up all amounts to the nearest dollar, basically so it can fit all the data.

If you need totals by envelope, I'd use the Funds Totals by Envelope. If you need Contribution fund totals, the Funds Summary report should work.
