Treasurer in Training

I am in the process of training a new treasurer and would like to write some procedures on how we handle Accounts Payable transactions and Fund Accounting. Is there an easy way to get a print on the Fund Accounting - enter transaction screen and the Accounts Payable - maintain manual checks screen that I can include in my procedure?

In Windows 7, click on the windows logo and type "snipping" in the search box. This will give you a link to the built-in screen capture tool. You can then capture a portion of the screen and then paste it into Word or any other word processor.

If you are not on Windows 7, the print screen button on the keyboard will copy your whole screen to the clipboard, and you can paste it into your document.

I did not know about the Windows 7 trick.Very cool, the only problem is remembering it when I want to use it.
