Lost all my data entries ):
I recently bought a new computer and I copy and pasted the powerchurch folder on to a usb stick thinking it was saved there and I could just transfer it back onto my new computer. Low and behold i try and drag and drop it onto my new computer and open it up all my records were GONE!

If you had indeed copied the entire Powerchurch directory tree, you would have picked up the DATA directory listed under the main PCPLUSxx directory.NSCOGOP wrote:I recently bought a new computer and I copy and pasted the powerchurch folder on to a usb stick thinking it was saved there and I could just transfer it back onto my new computer. That said, the best way to move Powerchurch to a new computer is to do a backup of the data, then install the program from scratch on the new machine, then restore the backup.
Do you still have access to the old computer ??
