New Year

I am trying to enter contributions etc. My roblem is that I cannot change the working month to January 2012. It is not in my drop down menu. No 2012. How can I fix this? I have work to do!

There is a setting under File > Preferences > Accounting Setup on the Fund Accounting tab that reads "Number of months that can be open at a time". Version 9 allows up to 12 months, 10 and higher is 18 months.

If you already have the full range of months open for your version of the software, then you will need to close a month to be able to move forward. Go to Accounting > Fund Accounting > Close Month.
