Our Income and Expense Statement appears to have incorrect data in the EXCESS INCOME/EXPENSES line at the bottom of the report.
The "Year to Date Budget" and "Annual Budget" figures are not being reported correctly, but are instead showing the same amounts as in the "Total Expenses" line above, except in the negative.
Does anyone know what I need to do to get the correct figures to show up?

Re: Income and Expense Statement
It may make a difference what month range you select. I'm not sure exactly what you are looking at.
To get the YTD Actual, YTD Budget, and YTD Difference, I don't use the YTD selections.
Instead, I select Jan through Mar (this month, anyway) in the date range, and run the Current Period Actual, Current Period Budget, and Current Period Difference, because I am sure of what it is I am looking at.
To get the Annual figures (right now, in March), I select the month range Jan through Dec and run the Current Period figures.
It always works for me.
