Every month I have to send in a report of our 'Sunday School responsibility list', which is a running number of prospects, regular attenders, visitors, and members. Is there a way to get this number pretty easily?

Are the prospects, regular attenders, visitors and members listed in the personal status of the individuals? If that is the case, under personal profiles there is a report called Profiles Count by Status Codes. This will give you a count of how many people have each code. Would a report like that help you?

Now .. if you need something based on attendance at Sunday School broken down by personal profile, I don't think there is a standard report that does this. You may have to create a custom report.
