Activity Attendance Report with blanks?

Is it possible to print out an Activity Attendance Report for a specified date range, and have blank boxes for the future dates that have not been entered yet?

We used to track attendance on Excel, and now are entering it into PowerChurch v11. Attendance forms are originally created in Excel and printed with all the blank boxes for the quarter, like a grid. The teachers then just check the box for attendance, and add new visitors to extra blank lines at the bottom. We'd like to stop using excel and just have PowerChurch print the quarterly sheets, and print updated ones as necessary.

The Activity Attendance Report will print out just like we need, however it will only show entered data, I need it to show entered, and then have blanks for the rest of the date range.

Try running the Attendance Register Form in the Weekly Column Format.

It won't show you previously entered attendance data, but it will keep you from having to make your own forms in Excel.

Thanks, that report is exactly what we needed. I still would like to get the current attendance data on the report add as well, though. Any thoughts? Is there anything custom that I can do?

It may be possible, but would be very complicated to create if it is possible.

If you are running this report 13 weeks (one quarter) in advance to hand out to those taking attendance, there shouldn't be any overlap with attendance that has already been recorded. Are you saying that you want to run this 13 week report every week so that it will show attendance history?

We'd like to be able to report history and use those sheets several times during the quarter.
