After we sent out our contributions statement to contributors via email, we received a message from someone that said they shouldn't have received it. We don't know who the person is nor is their email address showing up in our email list. We obviously don't want these statements going to the wrong people. Any thoughts on how this may have occurred? Do I need to look elswhere in PC for this address?
Thanks,
Dan

Re: Contribution email
I would definitely take a good look at the email addresses you have in the system. Could there be a misspelled email address?dpetherbridge wrote:After we sent out our contributions statement to contributors via email, we received a message from someone that said they shouldn't have received it. The system will only send out to those email addresses that are entered in the system. Did this person tell you who's statement they got in error ?? I would look to see what emails are setup for that envelope number.

You were so right. The were missing a"2" in the email address.
Re: Contribution email
That is often the case with many email addresses.dpetherbridge wrote:You were so right. The were missing a"2" in the email address.
