Cannot search by description in AP

Finally installed version 11.5. Is anyone else having trouble with searching by description in Accounts Payable?

Can you give more information. Are you searching for an invoice or a account?

I am in Accounting/Accounts Payable/Maintain Open Invoices. When entering the data in the new invoice I press f2 to look up the account number. I can search by account number but not Description. In version 11 I was able to click on the heading bar "Description" type a letter and it would sort the list alphabetically to that letter. When I have a check request it only has the name of the account not the fund # so it was very handy.

Yep, it appears that that search feature got accidentally dropped in v11.5 ... just tested in 11.1,and it works fine.

We changed this on purpose in 11.5. Below the account list you will see a search box. Just type what you are looking for in there. This searches anywhere within the description.

Aha ... knew I should have opened 11.5 too ..

In 11.5 we added group accounts to the account list. We also indented the descriptions to show the account levels. When the list was resorted with this information, it looked very strange. That is why we added the search box at the bottom.
