Is it possible (outside of Custom Reports) to generate the wage and hour report for selected pay groups? The School Administrator would benefit from the info on teachers and caregivers but doesn't need to be bothered with info on employees in other ministry groups.

No. But what you could do to accomplish the same thing is just renumber your employees in the payroll module so that the ones you want to group together are numbered consecutively. Then, when you run the report, just run it for the range of employee numbers in your grouping.
