03/31/2026 - Version 14 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 03/31/2026 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Contributions
- Filter text can be cut off on Maintain List of Contribution Funds screen > Summary tab
Fund Accounting
- Saving Check Register report to XLS can error in certain circumstances
- Corrupted index file can prevent reconciliation data from being properly saved
- View Posted Transactions - User with Access only permission should be able to Print Report
Accounts Payable
- Add repeating item from Maintain Vendor Records doesn't add vendor name to Description field
- Warn about inactive vendor prior to saving transaction
- Quick Checks don't print the date on check stubs
- User with Access only permission should be able to print reports from Maintain Vendor Records
Payroll
- 941 Form and e-filing process update for Q1 2026
Events
- Daily Plan View of the calendar is missing the horizontal scrollbar

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Membership
- Birthday & Anniversary Report splits married couples if anniversary dates don't exactly match (03/31 vs 03/31/2026)
Contributions
- Export Data - Donors first doesn't respect date filter
- Export Data - Missing operand error when filtering by Personal Status code
- Export Data - Contribution amounts are being rounded in some situations

A new Maintenance Release dated 12/31/2025 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12/12.2.
This is the final Maintenance Release for Version 12/12.2. Due to the release of Version 15 of PowerChurch Plus in November, Version 12/12.2 has now reached End of Maintenance status. No further bug fixes or features will be developed for PowerChurch Plus Version 12/12.2.

- Employees converted forward from Versions 12 or 14 should have the new "Employee has 2020 W4" option checked if "Use Standard Deduction" was checked in prior version.
PowerChurch Online
- Mobile web app (https://m.mypowerchurch.com) is not saving/loading user preferences properly, causing "No records selected" messages
- Demo logins don't work in mobile web app
11/24/2025 - Version 15 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 11/24/2025 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 15.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users that have already been upgraded to Version 15, no further action needs to be taken. Others will be gradually upgraded over the next couple of weeks.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:

- Upgrade from Version 14 (prior to v14.4) errors on missing EQ Maintenance data files
- Gmail test settings errors
- Save picture in PowerChurch Online errors
- Demo data needs all form size/positions reset
Accounting
- Accounts Payable Quick Check date entered is not transferred to check print dialog
- Payroll Preview report is not scrollable in Process Payroll
