A new Maintenance Release dated 09/14/2026 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Contributions
- Import Pledges - Numeric overflow error when there is a lot of pledge history
- Pledge Statement shows ##### for five digit fund numbers
Fund Accounting
- Multiple reports can load the wrong report subtitle
- Accounting Setup Assistant can sometimes create account XXXX- ASSETS instead of 1000-000 ASSETS
Payroll
- Time Off Calendar - Filter by department options are not clickable and the All/None buttons aren't anchored properly
General
- Check box, Radio button, and Radio button group controls auto size and positioning improvements
- When saving and reloading size and position of windows, the current screen DPI should be taken into consideration

- View Tax Receipt History - Add envelope number and grand total to report
- Import Pledges - Numeric overflow error when there is a lot of pledge history

- Filter text can be cut off on Maintain List of Contribution Funds screen > Summary tab

- Saving Check Register report to XLS can error in certain circumstances
- Corrupted index file can prevent reconciliation data from being properly saved
- View Posted Transactions - User with Access only permission should be able to Print Report
Accounts Payable
- Add repeating item from Maintain Vendor Records doesn't add vendor name to Description field
- Warn about inactive vendor prior to saving transaction
- Quick Checks don't print the date on check stubs
- User with Access only permission should be able to print reports from Maintain Vendor Records
