12/05/2013 - Version 11 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 12/05/2013 has been released for Version 11.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

Accounting

• Journal Report - Refresh report options changes sort option back to default
• 1099-MISC form alignment changed for 2013
• Reclaimable tax GST/PST/HST form should require all fields
• 941 form should exclude unposted data
• Second withholding allowance not saved when adding employees in CA, GA, IL, IN, LA, MO, or VA
• W2 alignment form should have top and bottom forms filled out
• Invoice that has payments applied should not allow you to change the customer

Membership

• Church Directory in Detail Layout ignores suffix
• Church Directory when spouse has a different last name, ignores preferred name
• Deacon Report ignores family e-mail
• Profiles Count by Status Code report is not properly aligned on the page
• Constant Contact Sync can overwrite changes
• Constant Contact Sync does not report errors in the API
• Attendance Register Form should not print unlisted e-mails

Contributions

• Should not be able to delete Designations with posted history
• Import Contributions should ignore extra fields in the file
• Automatic transfers at posting time ignores active status of fund
• Automatic transfers at posting time ignores funds with no account numbers
