12/20/2017 - Version 12 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 12/20/2017 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. No further action needs to be taken.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

Family Mailing List

• Family Update and Blank Family Information forms don't switch to Province/Postal Code

Attendance

• Bar code reader doesn't work properly on Fast Data Entry
• Consecutive Absentee report can error

Visitations

• All Visitations report error

Contributions

• View Posted Transactions Next/Previous buttons don't work
• Pledge Statement shows contribution fund with decimal (100.00)

Fund Accounting

• Account Activity report Total Credits amount gets cut off
• Fiscal Year report selections revert to calendar year
• Add Reconciliation Date to Reprint Bank Reconciliation report

Accounts Payable

• 1099-MISC form phone number doesn't format
• Prompt before updating existing account transaction detail with new amounts

Accounts Receivable

• Error when printing invoice from Maintain Customers

Payroll

• Added onscreen password instruction when e-mailing pay stubs

Events

• Send E-mail Task Reminders should use Events e-mail settings by default

Miscellaneous

• Crystal Reports integration is now a hybrid of old and new Crystal versions due to printing and file export problems
