02/14/2018 - Version 12 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 02/14/2018 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

PowerChurch Online servers were updated automatically overnight. No further action needs to be taken.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

Personal Profiles

  • Family Grouped report has extra spaces when printed/exported
  • Birth Dates in Age Groups report has decimals in numbers and extra spaces when printed/exported
  • Detail Layout of Church Directory has extra spaces when printed/exported

Activities & Skills

  • Import Activities - Default role is created but not assigned
  • Import Activities - Department is created but not assigned

Contributions

  • View Posted Contributions - Navigation List can overlap other fields
  • E-mail Statements List report doesn't respect combined name setting and doesn't alpha sort properly
  • Selected Contributors report has extra spaces when printed/exported
  • Contributor Age Range report fields aren't in alignment
  • Envelope Numbers List should show names in Lastname, Firstname order
  • E-mailed tax receipts are secure, but can still be edited
  • Add Find buttons back to data entry screens

Fund Accounting

  • Reprint Reconciliation Report - title is truncated on pages 2+

Accounts Payable

  • Manually added 1099-MISC forms don't include payer address
  • E-filed 1099-MISC forms don't include vendor e-mail address
  • Unable to align 1099-MISC form after submitting e-file

Accounts Receivable

  • When posting payments from multiple dates, wrong transaction date can be used
  • Manually created credit memo can be deleted after it is applied to an invoice
  • Account Statements ignore transactions on the last day of the selected date range
  • Account Statements should not include voided/reversed transactions

Payroll

  • SSN/SIN formatting for US/Canada (SSN: 123-45-6789/SIN: 123 456 789)

General

  • Date formats are incorrect on printed/exported reports
  • Send e-mail using PowerChurch user override option isn't used
