03/07/2018 - Version 12 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 03/07/2018 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. No further action needs to be taken.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

Membership

• Photos on Church Directory can be stretched or cropped

Attendance

• Names with suffixes aren't in the same order on Attendance Register Form and Fast Data Entry
• Visitors Report doesn't show the selected activity and date
• Activity Statistics report doesn't sort properly by date

Contributions

• Vanco import can partial match a fund number and import to the wrong fund
• CRA website URL changed for Canadian tax receipts
• Print Test receipt can error in PowerChurch Online

Fund Accounting

• Income & Expense Statement allows blank columns to be selected and 0.00 prints/exports
• Changes in Equity report ignores "Include year end transactions" selection

Accounts Payable

• Last day of month repeating items can be released multiple times in a month
• Can't print million dollar check from AP

Payroll

• Missouri state tax - explain "Married and spouse doesn't work" setup
• Negative fraction of cents adjustment doesn't print correctly on 941 PDF
• Update 941 form for 2018

General

• Custom Reports truncate query conditions longer than 254 characters
• Save file from PowerChurch Online to a protected Windows directory gives OLE Error
