03/21/2018 - Version 12 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 03/20/2018 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
PowerChurch Online servers were updated automatically overnight. No further action needs to be taken.
This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:
Family Mailing List
- Import Families doesn't format phones
Attendance
- Fast Data Entry - Add Person - Not listed in alphabetical order and status isn't toggled correctly
Contributions

View Posted Contributions error when no Personal Profiles exist
- Inconsistent functionality when contributions exist for an envelope that isn't assigned
Fund Accounting
- Subaccount Report doesn't calculate close-to equity balances
- Income & Expense by Year report shows 0s in blank lines and group accounts
Accounts Payable
- It is possible to get an error message after deleting a vendor
- Unnecessary "amount has changed" prompt when entering transactions
- Cents no longer print on old custom check layouts
Accounts Receivable
- Cannot change Credit (liability) account on Credit Memo after it has been applied
Payroll
- Employee Census Report - add option to include employee notes
- Missouri state tax table calculation method has changed
General
- Format all phones utility added to System Setup Options screen
- Mailing Label preview window is too large to fit screen
