During the months of January and February, our offices experience an extreme increase in phone and e-mail traffic. A 400% increase is not unusual. The call-back times can be up to two to three hours in the peak of the day. E-mail responses normally come within one business day, but at this time of year can span two to three days. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you it is a temporary problem. What seems to be too many technicians on staff through most of the year turns into not nearly enough for January and February! We urge you to take advantage of the free and immediate support resources available on our web site, as many of the questions that are repeatedly asked are documented on the site, with immediately available answers.
