03/14/2011 - Version 11 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 3/14/2011 has been released for Version 11. The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser. The following changes were made in this Maintenance Release:

Accounts Receivable

• File In Use warning if someone is in Membership while posting Accounts Receivable

Payroll

• 941 form updated for 2011
• 941 form does not have proper permissions in a network environment
• No prompts for Box 15 on the 941 form
• In certain scenario, percentages are calculated even if you enter a manual amount
• Housing Allowance reported in Box 14 on W2 may be incorrect amount if employee has multiple HA items

Events

• Special Characters can cause errors in Google Sync

Custom Reports

• Family Notes field not available as a selection item in Family Mailing List, Personal Profiles, and Activities & Skills

Other

• Network install can receive error "enter a full path with drive letter" when starting the program
• Export To Access MDB utility does not work from a network workstation
