03/19/2012 - Version 11.5 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 03/19/2012 has been released for Version 11.5.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:
Membership
- Further improved photo quality on printed reports
- Send e-mail message to a group in Family Mailing List prints labels addressed to Household Key name instead of Mailing Name
Contributions
- Contribution summary line is shown on Attendance Summary graph on the family, regardless of user access permissions
- Monthly Contribution Totals report includes summary of all funds, regardless of fund selection
- Canadian Tax Receipt history is not properly tracking total amount on summary layout receipts
- Repeating Contributions allows blank date
Accounting
- Income & Expense By Month generates a double-spaced Excel file if you have certain printers installed
- Bing Maps defaults Accounts Payable vendor country to US
- Added Tax ID to 1099 Vendors report in AP
- $0 Payroll check will not post
- Reprint check stub layout in Payroll is not exactly the same as the original check stub layout
- Updated 941 form for 2012
- Payroll Salary History report does not properly filter out ex-employees
- Payroll check stubs calculate YTD amounts as of today, not check date
Other
- Automated Backup process does not always include version number in the zip file
- HTTPS web addresses will not launch in PC Online, making the background checks not work properly
- Increased several field sizes to allow for large font displays (was showing ** instead of 99)
