03/20/2012 - Version 11 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 03/20/2012 has been released for Version 11.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

The following changes were made in this Maintenance Release:

Membership

• Added family e-mail to Update Outlook Contacts
• All Dates selection returns "No records selected" on Details of Personal Attendance report
• "Cannot update the cursor" error message when running the Active Profiles report for selected activities

Accounting

• Income & Expense By Month report exports double spaced Excel file with certain printers installed
• HST percentage fields expanded to allows 3 decimal places
• Bing Maps defaults to US country when mapping Accounts Payable vendors
• Added Tax ID to 1099 Vendors report
• Direct Deposit account number field not long enough for some banks
• $0 Payroll check will not post
• Employee SSN can be truncated to one digit in custom reports
• Updated 941 form for 2012
• YTD amounts on Payroll check stubs calculate as of today instead of check date

Contributions

• Added warning about missing account numbers when posting Contributions
• Repeating Contributions allow blank date

Other

• Extended field lengths where 99 would show as ** with large fonts displayed
