09/12/2012 - Version 11 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 09/12/2012 has been released for Version 11.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
The following changes were made in this Maintenance Release:
Membership
- Alternate e-mail address not available in Custom Reports
- Directory Sequence field not available in Events or Contributions custom reports
- Active Profiles report considers reversed contributions as active
- Active Profiles report does not properly select by fund type
- Intelligent Mail Barcodes do not have enough space on labels
- Adults Needing Background Checks report can error if person has never had a background check
- Family Update Forms report ignores selected sort option
- Added family e-mail to LifeTouch Church Directory export
- Deleting a family without any profiles can error with "invalid subscript reference"
- Changed sort order on Promotion List report to lastname, firstname
- Added "Date Joined" selection to Activities & Skills reports
- Attendance reports can skip some people, depending on the date range that is selected
Contributions
- Contribution Statements should include suffix (Jr, Sr, III, etc.)
- E-mail Statements list was always including family e-mail
- Added Fund Type selection to Contribution mailing labels and graphs
- Invalid path or filename error when importing contributions from a hidden folder
Accounting
- Detail Changes in Equity report selections do not work properly
- Option to exclude inactive accounts on Check Register By Fund report
- Divider lines missing from printed Income & Expense By Month report, but show on the screen preview
- Cash Management report generates a blank report page instead of "No records selected" message
- Maintain Credit Memos screen allows you to edit amount after it has been applied to an invoice
- 941 form PDF is not able to print for some users with the latest version of Adobe Reader
- Payroll reports and tax forms should not include unposted payroll transactions
- 941/W2/W3 should report only Social Security wages up to cap/gross
- Voided Payroll checks based on what is currently set up, not what was originally on the check
- Verify Payroll step on the Process Payroll screen ignoring Cap/Gross amount on tax tables
- Pay Group field added to Payroll custom reports
- Having two state tax deductions doubles the state amount reported on W2
- Added department and position to lookup list on Maintain List of Employees
- "Unposted Payroll" menu option changed to "Modify Unposted Payroll"
- Employee lookup lists on report options can select the wrong employee or error with "Index is out of range"
Events
- Added room number display to room reservation step in Add/Update Events
- Event description is not properly updating in Google Calendar Sync. Only web description is updated.
