11/24/2025 - Version 15 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 11/24/2025 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 15.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users that have already been upgraded to Version 15, no further action needs to be taken. Others will be gradually upgraded over the next couple of weeks.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
General
- Upgrade from Version 14 (prior to v14.4) errors on missing EQ Maintenance data files
- Gmail test settings errors
- Save picture in PowerChurch Online errors
- Demo data needs all form size/positions reset
Accounting
- Accounts Payable Quick Check date entered is not transferred to check print dialog
- Payroll Preview report is not scrollable in Process Payroll
04/01/2025 - Version 12 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 04/01/2025 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Contributions
- Totals Only layout of Contribution Statements always includes donors with no contributions
Payroll
- 941 form and e-filing process updated for 2025
- Daytime phone number is not formatted on the 941 form
General
- Pressing + or - keys in an empty date field enables the Save button on the form, though nothing was changed.
- Import Data utilities across the software incorrectly create duplicate code field values rather than adding one and referencing it across all other records

- Bank Deposit Slip report errors when run from the Quick Tasks menu

- Reports save as XLSX or DOCX can fail silently when using Microsoft Office. Improved lookup for non-standard install locations and error checking. LibreOffice is still more reliable and preferred for these file conversion purposes.

12/10/2024 - Check In 14 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release for PowerChurch Check In Version 14 has been published, dated 12/10/2024.
The Check In Server application will update itself automatically for PowerChurch Plus users. The PowerChurch Online Check In Servers have already been updated. Check In Kiosks will pop up a notification that an update will be installed next time the kiosk application is closed.
This Maintenance Release contains the following:
- Data queries during check in process optimized to be much quicker
- Kiosk is not properly filtering out the list of activities/types/departments available for check in
- Phone number lookup behavior redesigned to ignore names with numbers
- Local kiosk installations are not always updating themselves
