12/05/2013 - Version 11 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 12/05/2013 has been released for Version 11.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:
Accounting
- Journal Report - Refresh report options changes sort option back to default
- 1099-MISC form alignment changed for 2013
- Reclaimable tax GST/PST/HST form should require all fields
- 941 form should exclude unposted data
- Second withholding allowance not saved when adding employees in CA, GA, IL, IN, LA, MO, or VA
- W2 alignment form should have top and bottom forms filled out
- Invoice that has payments applied should not allow you to change the customer
Membership
- Church Directory in Detail Layout ignores suffix
- Church Directory when spouse has a different last name, ignores preferred name
- Deacon Report ignores family e-mail
- Profiles Count by Status Code report is not properly aligned on the page
- Constant Contact Sync can overwrite changes
- Constant Contact Sync does not report errors in the API
- Attendance Register Form should not print unlisted e-mails
Contributions
- Should not be able to delete Designations with posted history
- Import Contributions should ignore extra fields in the file
- Automatic transfers at posting time ignores active status of fund
- Automatic transfers at posting time ignores funds with no account numbers

A new Maintenance Release dated 11/06/2013 has been released for Version 11.5.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:
- Verify backup returns wrong version warning (Version 11.5 vs. 11.55)
- Summary layout of Contribution Statements show incorrect amount
- "End of file" error in Personal Profiles in a new, empty database
- Print test alignment W2 page should print both top and bottom forms

11/05/2013 - Version 11.55 Update Information
Last week, a new Maintenance Release was published for PowerChurch Plus Version 11.5 users (and PowerChurch Online users) that included a free update to Version 11.55, with a list of new and upgraded features. Membership
- Integrated Data Entry - Double click empty row in Family Members list opens Maintain Personal Profile
- Church Directory in Detail Layout skips suffix when full name format is selected
- Church Directory listing for spouses with different last name does not use preferred name
- Deacon Report can error if data files in use by another
- Family Update Form has a blank page at end of report
- Cancel button on Attendance > Mailing Labels/Mail Merge screen does not cancel
Contributions
- Delete designations with posted history does not show message box
- Read Receipt request does not work when sending Contribution Statement e-mails
- Import Contributions should ignore additional fields in the file
- Maintain List of Contribution Funds screen loads slowly with large data set
- Maintain List of Designations screen loads slowly with large data set
- Selected Contributors report XLS exports address into wrong column
Accounting
- Reconcile Bank Accounts can show incorrect account balance if future months have been reconciled
- Detail Changes in Equity report shows hyphens with no number when no account activity
- Maintain List of Accounting Funds can show account numbers without hyphens
- Sub-account Report column header does not fit when budget amounts are included
- Certain state tax withholdings are not saved when adding a new employee
- Customer can be changed on Accounts Receivable invoice after payment applied
General
- Constant Contact sync can overwrite changes from previous updates
- Import Pictures - Enable Preview option unchecked by default in PC Online for better performance
- List of backups to restore can be displayed out of order

Fund Accounting
- Bank reconciliation report doesn't accept double click
- Bank reconciliation report is now sorted by statement date, then reconciliation date.
Accounts Receivable
- All Account Statements report ignores "Customer Type" selections
- Customer Type entries should automatically be capitalized
- Credit memo calculations on Account Statement can be incorrect in certain scenarios
Payroll
- Create Accounts Payable entries for deductions can create transactions with unknown account numbers
General
- Maintenance Release auto-updater may incorrectly show that the latest update is already installed
- E-mail sending report can list those with errors before and after those that successfully sent. Moved success e-mails to the end of the list.
