09/21/2011 - Version 11 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 09/21/2011 has been released for Version 11. The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser. The following changes were made in this Maintenance Release:
- Google Calendar events can be duplicated during sync
- Google Calendar events use main description, rather than web description
- Monthly Budget Amounts report does not show accounts with zero total annual budget (+/-)
- 2011 W2/W3 forms have been updated
- 2011 1099-MISC form has been updated
- Custom Report errors when switching from Detail to Summary report
- Constant Contact error is not reported properly if sync fails in certain circumstances
- Maintenance Release updater can freeze at 100%
- Error message when first character of user profile is a space
- Recall report options confuses two date fields on the Selection Criteria screen

Membership
- Printing labels in the send e-mail message process can cause error message
- Added handling for bar code already assigned to someone
- Check In Setup screen does not save the Personal Status code selection
- Olan Mills file export includes unlisted emails
- Selected Profiles-Full Details report add a character to separate family and personal email
- Constant Contact date selection doesn't work properly
- Family Update Form prints instructions on first and second page
- Family Update Form added Personal Status code selection
Contributions
- Import Contributions if there is an envelope number or fund number updated in the contribution step, it updates all entries for that envelope number or fund number
- Import Contributions error if you try to change an entry from check to cash
- Reverse contribution ignores designations
- Error when using the fund lookup on the Monthly Messenger file export
- The first designation entry on a contribution statement is not shown
- Added Delete Envelope Number to the Contributions audit log
- Fund Type selection causes error on mail merge export
Fund Accounting
- Import Transactions from file confused by Euro date format (DD/MM/YYYY)
- Monthly Budget Amounts report does not show budgeted account if annual budget total is zero (+500 one month and -500 the next month)

- Google Sync errors on special characters (such as left and right quotes when copied from Word)

- Can't void check that processed only Other Deduction item
- "No program associated with this file type" for 941 form PDF in PowerChurch Online
Contributions
- Pledge Statement report adds commas to fund number (like Fund Number 1,400)
- Enter Contributions screen does not list designations alphabetically
- Bank Deposit Slip report added "No unposted cash or check contributions found" message instead of generating blank report
- E-mailed contribution statements can produce incorrect page size in the PDF

- Contribution Designations - Duplicate designation names are allowed and should not be
- Export To Access - Error message occurs on local installations of PowerChurch Plus

- File In Use warning if someone is in Membership while posting Accounts Receivable

- 941 form updated for 2011
- 941 form does not have proper permissions in a network environment
- No prompts for Box 15 on the 941 form
- In certain scenario, percentages are calculated even if you enter a manual amount
- Housing Allowance reported in Box 14 on W2 may be incorrect amount if employee has multiple HA items
Events
- Special Characters can cause errors in Google Sync
Custom Reports
- Family Notes field not available as a selection item in Family Mailing List, Personal Profiles, and Activities & Skills

- Network install can receive error "enter a full path with drive letter" when starting the program

03/11/2011 - Web server down temporarily [resolved]
We have a second web server that hosts the download files from this site. It recently came to our attention that the server is currently offline due to hardware issues. The web host is aware of the issue and is currently working on it. Until this issue is resolved, most download files, including the demo and Maintenance Releases will not be available. - Added memo and designation information to the Full Fund Details Contribution Statement
- Added "Include designations" option on the Posted and Unposted Contributions reports
- Canadian Tax Receipt sample #1 layout causes a "Enter parameter" prompt because of missing Location field
- Total by envelope field on the Enter Contributions screen not always accurate
Fund Accounting
- Changing the default bank account does not properly update the Payroll checking account
- Income & Expense Statement columns do not refresh properly
Accounts Payable
- Reassign Vendor ID errors if vendor ID starts with a space

- Custom Reports - Syntax error caused by picture being the first output field
- E-mail - When sending bulk e-mails, if you choose to create a PhoneTree file for those without e-mail addresses, the file created is empty
- Family Mailing List - Changed Visitor Report description to more accurately describe the report
- Check In - New "sign out sheet" report added in PCPlus
- Personal Profiles - Changed default filters for Attendance and Contributions tabs to last year plus this year to date
- Personal Profiles - Anniversary Date setting in Personal Profiles Setup does not save, resets to default each time you open the program
Miscellany
- User Profiles - Users can now click a "Reset All Warnings" option on the User Profile screen to reset the "do not show this warning" box on all message types
- Reports - Some users have reported the reports do not respect their default printer settings, like duplex printing and paper tray
- Pictures - Importing pictures can cause an error if the default "no photo" images have been deleted
