A new Maintenance Release dated 03/01/2023 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Accounts Payable
- Maintain Manual Checks - Locate list doesn't reflect negative amounts
- Maintain Open Invoices - A blank invoice can be left in the data entry screen and Locate list (not saved to disk)
Payroll
- Process Payroll - Manual checks can have check numbers reset to zero after printing computer checks
- Quarterly Report - Entering a two digit year defaults to 1900 century instead of 2000

- External Backup - Allow multiple email addresses separated by comma or semicolon

11/08/2022 - Check In Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release for the PowerChurch Check In system has been published, dated 11/08/2022.
There are no longer separate installers for kiosk and server components. The kiosks will update automatically after connecting to the server the first time.
Visit https://www.powerchurch.com/mr to download and install this release.
PowerChurch Online users will be updated automatically and do not need to install Maintenance Release updates.
This update contains the following:
- Check In Label Printer App. The Check In system will now work with any brand of label printer. Use the new option in the Printer area of the Kiosk Setup screen. The PowerChurchCheckInLabelPrinter.exe program can be found in the Kiosk program directory, by default C:PowerChurchCheckIn11. The PDF manual and CHM help files have been updated with instructions for setup and use. The Check In online training video series will have updates shortly.
- Kiosk Normalize/Maximize. If the kiosk is started in a maximized window, the Classes and Setup screens don't automatically adjust when the window is normalized.

- Undo a Bank Reconciliation list shouldn't lose your current position after toggling checkbox.

- When adding a new vendor, the Tax ID field isn't reset.
- Cash Requirements report is in data entry order instead of vendor/reference
Accounts Receivable
- Default credit memo liability account should ignore inactive accounts.
Payroll
- Import hours from Clockify can error in certain circumstances.
General
- Errors can occur when printing report from a View ... Audit Log screen.
