04/24/2024 - Version 12 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 04/24/2024 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Contributions
- Release Repeating Contributions list should be in Last Name, First Name order
Fund Accounting
- Maintain List of Accounting Funds - Note field is limited to 240 characters. Should be unlimited.
Payroll
- 941 - Contact name, Title, and Phone aren't included in Part 5 on the printed form
- Employees' bank and routing number fields should allow alphanumeric characters

This Maintenance Release includes the following:
General
- Email report to a group window - subject and message body fields can be unresponsive in certain circumstance
Contributions
- Release Repeating Contributions list should be in Last Name, First Name order

04/18/2024 - Check In 14 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release for PowerChurch Check In Version 14 has been published, dated 04/18/2024.
The Check In Server application will update itself automatically for PowerChurch Plus users. The PowerChurch Online Check In Servers have already been updated. Check In Kiosks will pop up a notification that an update will be installed next time the kiosk application is closed.
This Maintenance Release contains the following:
- Fixed a connection error when port number is null
- Fixed an occasional "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error when trying to connect
03/20/2024 - Version 12 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 03/20/2024 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
General
- Google Calendar API updated
- External processes like pcbackup12, onebodysync, pcconstantcontact, and pcdiag12 require an updated control
03/12/2024 - Version 14 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 03/12/2024 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight with both the 3/6 and 3/12 Maintenance Releases. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
General
- An updated system component can cause the Maintenance Release updater to error with "ONODE is not an object". In the event of this error, manually download and install the Maintenance Release from https://www.powerchurch.com/mr or contact support
- Google Calendar API updated
03/06/2024 - Version 12 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 03/06/2024 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Personal Profiles
- People with no dates assigned are included in date selections in specific situations
- Profile Age Ranges report shows incorrect ages/counts when run on leap day 2/29
Contributions
- Maintain Donors - When there is only one person with the envelope assigned, the Unlink button on the Profiles tab should be disabled
- Release Repeating list should use combined envelope name
- Statements/Receipts - Email a copy to this address doesn't work for some email providers
Fund Accounting
- Accounting Fund Balances report - Include Annual Totals option doesn't save/load properly in saved report profile
- Budget Entry - Distributing an amount proportionately can generate an error
- Reconcile Bank Accounts - Account lookup should ignore inactive or unused account numbers
Payroll
- 941 form and filing process updated for 2024

- Reconcile Bank Accounts - Account lookup should ignore inactive or unused account numbers
- Budget Entry - Distributing an amount proportionately can generate an error
- Reversing a transaction should add a note to the transaction
Accounts Receivable
- Maintain Customers - Print Account Statement can have the wrong beginning balance
Payroll
- 941 form and filing process updated for 2024
- All time off data should be printed on stubs if the option is enabled and generating one stub per page layout
Equipment Inventory
- Edit existing maintenance record doesn't save changes to date, by, or notes
Custom Reports
- Edit Record Filter - Query conditions list doesn't scale with screen DPI
- Various places where Tagged Profiles is a selection returns "Must enter Y or N" when editing the query
