08/08/2018 - PowerChurch Online Outage
We are experiencing an outage of some PowerChurch Online services. We have a technician onsite at the data center where our servers are housed, who is working to get service restored as quickly as possible.

Personal Profiles
- New Invalid E-mail Addresses report added
Attendance
- Attendance Register Form - long notes don't print properly in some layouts
- Attendance Register Form - notes aren't saved regardless of the Save Notes option
Contributions
- Don't auto assign envelope number in the inactive envelope number range
- Don't keep the Designation field choice when entering multiple contributions into a fund
- Pledge Statement report doesn't group data properly when the report is run in envelope number order
- Contribution Statements/Tax Receipts addresses aren't consistent in different layouts and some don't align with window envelopes
Fund Accounting
- It is possible to have a duplicate account number after completing accounting setup assistant
General
- In certain circumstances, a Crystal Reports error can occur when e-mailing reports
- A backslash () in an e-mail address shouldn't be considered valid and causes the Constant Contact Sync to error
07/03/2018 - PowerChurch Online Service Disruption
After being resolved a few hours ago, there appear to be some residual problems bubbling up and service is very slow at the moment. As of 6pm on July 3, connectivity is up and everything is available as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation as the data center continues work on their hardware.
The data center where the PowerChurch Online service is hosted is having intermittent connectivity problems. They are aware of the issue and are working to get it resolved. Our servers are all up and running without a problem, so we can only wait for the connectivity issues to be resolved. We appreciate your patience.
